Lisa trained in ballet and Martha Graham technique (Modern Dance) from childhood.

In the 1970's Lisa began performing for the next 10 years with:

The Martha Graham Dance Company, NYC

The London Contp. Dance Co. "The Place", London, England

The Jerusalem Group of Cont. Dance, Israel

The Toronto Dance Theatre, Toronto, Canada

Lisa first became introduced to Pilates through the London School of Contemporary Dance. Since 1989 Lisa has continued Pilates with L.A. veteran dancer and master Pilates teacher Carol Monaco.

​

In 2000 Lisa opened her own studio in Northridge California.

Lisa practices the "Ron Fletcher" technique of Pilates and is certified in both intermediate and advanced Pilates work.

This studio specializes in "Reformer" work on the apparatus.
